167 Pendant by Poul Christiansen

Designed by Poul Christiansen. The lamp was designed in 1967. It was the first in an impressive series of lamps folded using entirely new principles at that time.
Designer Poul Christiansen took mathematical sine curves as his point of departure moving away from the classic perpendicular folds. The lamp still works with an interplay of light and shadow and creates attractive contrasts.
