Knoll

Knoll celebrates 75 years of iconic design for the home and office.
Since 1938, Knoll has been recognised internationally for creating furnishings that inspire, evolve, and endure.
Knoll has remained true to the Bauhaus design philosophy that modern furniture should complement architectural space, not compete with it.
Founders, Hans and Florence Knoll, embraced the creative genius at the Bauhaus School and the Cranbrook Academy of Art to create new types of furniture and environments for the workplace. Their approach, where craftsmanship joined with technology through the use of design shapes Knolls’ values today.
The Knoll portfolio includes a host of the great pioneering modernist designers including Florence Knoll, Harry Bertoia, Marcel Breuer, Ludwig Mies van der Rohe, Eero Saarinen and Warren Platner alongside works from Richard Schultz, Frank Gehry, Jens Risom, Piero Lissoni, and Alexander Girard.
This tradition continues with more recent partnerships with many bold contemporary designers such as Marc Krusin, Edward Barber & Jay Osgerby, and David Adjaye.
