Uchiwa is a capacious armchair, taking its soft and open shape from the traditional Japanese hand fan. Generous and inviting, new and familiar at the same time, the armchair comes in two upholstered versions: in a softer, quilted model for a more domestic look and in moulded foam for more demanding contexts. Matching Ottoman also available.
The base is available in Lacquered or Black Lacquered Oak - upholstery is available in specific combinations selected by HAY, see image below and list under Details tab.

Reinforced polypropylene shell with moulded polyurethane foam.
4 leg base in solid oak wood.
