Our delivery rates (UK mainland):

Standard delivery £0.00 - £49.99                 £4.95

Delivery is to the ground floor front door of your building and does not include any assembly or unpacking.

You will receive an email from us the day before delivery and courier deliveries will be emailed a 1 hour delivery time-slot on the morning of the delivery day, you can rebook an alternative day if necessary. If we have your mobile number you will also receive a text alert. Great as you don't have to wait in all day for goods to arrive.

*We use a 'Carbon Neutral' accredited courier service for our deliveries. Most of our packaging materials are recycled.

When a product has been on order for some time we will contact you when it comes into stock to check that you are ready to receive it.

Standard Delivery days are Monday to Friday between 9am and 6pm. It is not usually possible to specify a preferred delivery time. 

We can also offer Premium (chargeable) services including Saturday delivery and before 12, or before 9.30am. Please enquire if required.

For some large items, delivery will be by a specialist in furniture transport. We will contact you to arrange a suitable date. It is your responsibility to check access is possible for goods being delivered. Items such as sofas will be delivered by two man delivery to your room of choice and will be unpacked.

Lead Times

Delivery time depends on the product ordered. Some products will be available in only a few days, while others may take several weeks. Typical delivery times are shown in the description. If you need something in a hurry do ask, we will always do our best.

Reserve and Collect

You may find it more convenient to arrange to collect from our East London shop. Parking is free with a scratchcard available from our shop and we are outside the Congestion Charge zone. Collection should be made soon after we inform you that your goods are ready. We can usually help you load your vehicle. Please check your order is ready to collect before you come.

Delivery and Installation

A 'white glove' service. This includes a delivery appointment, full assembly and installation in your room of choice by trained installers and removal of all packing materials. This does not include electrical fitting for lighting. Please contact us for a quotation. This service has a minimum charge of £120.

International orders

We ship to Europe, and Worldwide. Simply select the appropriate region at checkout. If your area is not showing a shipping rate please contact us. We can still deliver to you but we need to provide a quotation for the cost. We only offer Standard delivery abroad. There is no duty payable for goods delivered within the European Union (EU). Countries outside the European Union may levy import duty. Goods are shipped “Duty Unpaid”.

For your convenience the website shows prices in GB Pounds, Euros and US Dollars converted at the current daily exchange rate. The converted amount is to give approximate local rates as a guide only, you actually pay in GB Pounds at the checkout.

Special Access and Installation

We work with delivery and access specialists, so if the only way in is up the outside of the building, or doors or windows need removing to facilitate access we can even help with that, just contact us with the details and we will be pleased to provide a quotation.
