Delivery Charges (online orders)

Free parcel delivery on orders over £100 to UK mainland

Whenever possible we use 'Carbon Neutral' accredited courier services for our deliveries. Most of our packaging materials are recycled.

Smaller items will be delivered by one of our trusted courier services (such as DPD Local) with full tracking and other options. Local deliveries may be sent on dedicated door to door courier services in which case we will contact you to arrange a suitable day.

Inside London we can deliver large items that are not suited to courier delivery  (and with item purchase value over £1500) to a room of choice and to any floor (provided there is unobstructed access and there is a suitable lift available if above 1st floor. Otherwise please request a quote).

Outside London deliveries to UK mainland addresses including large furniture items will be to the ground floor entrance wherever possible. Some heavy and large items may be delivered kerbside by pallet or by other methods.

A few oversize/ weight products are excluded from our Free delivery offer such as some solid marble products, and a few super heavy, very large or especially fragile items and these will be chargeable as they require specialist delivery.

You can always request our 'White Glove' delivery services for any order, which includes delivery on a specified day, with room of choice installation, assembly and removal of packaging materials. Access checks are also available. Just ask us for a quotation for these special services.

Trade orders are not included in our standard delivery pricing.

Lead times

Lead times are variable.

Product lead times are shown on our website as a guide to what is typical. They are provided as a guide only and the time your order actually takes can vary significantly depending on many factors. We will always deliver your order as quickly as possible.

If you wish to check on the progress of your order at any time please feel free to contact us.

Delivery Timing

Stock items will be despatched as quickly as possible and usually within 1-3 days of order. Many items we offer have lead times which are shown on the product pages and are specific to the variant (such as colour or size) that you select.

When a product has been on order for some time we will contact you when it comes into stock to check that you are ready to receive it.

Large items including most furniture will be sent using special services which will be pre booked on a dedicated service. We will contact you to arrange a convenient day.

Delivery days are Monday to Friday. 

We can hold orders free for up to a maximum of 10 days.

Pickup

You may find it more convenient to 'Pickup' from our East London shop. Parking is free after 12 weekdays and at weekends, and we are outside the Congestion Charge zone.

If you select Pickup we will advise you when the item is ready to collect.

If you order something very large for Pickup we may ask you to specify when you want to collect it or ask you to collect from our nearby warehouse.

Returns

Goods that are made to order cannot usually be returned or cancelled. For any other new and unused items you wish to return, let us know within 14 days from the date you receive your order, you then have a further 14 days to send the goods back to us.
