CH163 Sofa by Carl Hansen & Søn

The CH163 sofa for three people was designed by Hans J. Wegner in 1965. Despite a geometric appearance, the CH163 is a soft and comfortable sofa with raised sides and simple but distinctive details.
The solid wooden frame of Wegner’s sofa is firmly upholstered. The pillows have down wrapped around the core foam, which allowed Wegner to add softness and excellent comfort to the geometric form.
The sofa is available in two sizes: CH162 as a two-seater and CH163 as a three-seater.

Designed by Hans J Wegner. Frame available in Oak or Walnut in a variety of finishes.

Upholstery made to order in a wide choice of fabric types and colours (see a list under ‘Details’). Fabrics are priced in ‘Groups’. Simply select the appropriate price Group and then add a note of your fabric choice at checkout or email us.
