Designed by Arne Jacobsen. The Lily chair was originally designed for the Danish National Bank in 1968 and an armchair version was added in 1970.
The stackable chair is made from laminated sliced veneer and is the result of an extremely complicated moulding process that ensures the perfect curves and the best comfort.
The original version in Walnut veneer was relaunched to celebrate the chair's 50th anniversary.
The shell is made of pressure moulded veneer - eight layers of inner veneer and two outer veneers, in the front and in the back of the shell.
Optional full upholstery in a range of fabrics & leathers.
The base is made in chromed steel tubes.
