In HAY’s latest design collaboration with Stefan Diez, the German designer draws inspiration from traditional Japanese bamboo craftsmanship to transform an organic idea into a contemporary take on desking and work tables.
With sustainability in mind, the tubular frame is made from HYDRO Circal aluminium, made from a minimum of 75% recycled, post-consumer scrap. Designed as a flat-packed table that is extremely easy to assemble - the aluminium makes the table light as well as stable.
Optional power supply and cable storage accessories extend the table’s flexibility and functionality for professional workspaces. Contact us for assistance in building tables up to 4.2m long and heights of up to 1.5m

25 mm plywood tabletop with laminate, linoleum or veneer - bevelled edge
10 mm tempered glass tabletop mounted with glass bumpers
Ø100 mm aluminium tube beam and Ø91,5 mm aluminium tube legs.
Adjustable gliders in recycled nylon.
The frames and tabletops can be supplemented with power access.

Ronan & Erwan Bouroullec
Ronan (born 1971) and Erwan Bouroullec (born 1976) are brothers and designers based in Paris and have been working together since 1998.
Ronan is a graduate of the École Supérieure Des Arts Décoratifs in Paris and Erwan attended the École Nationale Supérieure Des Arts in Cergy before starting their own studio.
Together Ronan and Erwan Bouroullec have transformed the design industry and offered new perspectives of materiality and purpose.
The duos designs' are part of select international museums’ permanent collections such as the Musée National d’Art Moderne – Centre Pompidou and the Musée des Arts Décoratifs in Paris, the Museum of Modern Art in New York, the Art Institute of Chicago, the Design Museum in London, and the Museum Boijmans van Beuningen in Rotterdam.
