For Pritzker Prize-winning architect Jørn Utzon, his father’s naval engineering drawings prompted a lifelong fascination with ships. Such interest is illustrated in Utzon JU1, a pendant whose distinctive collared shape and sharp lines echo the industrial silhouette of a ship.
For 2023 this Special Edition in Steel Blue commemorates the 50th anniversary of the completion of Sydney Opera House, Utzon's most famous design.
