A graphically striking design with an anchoring sense of stability, Anderssen & Voll’s new Massif bar and counter stools feature a totemic silhouette in a compact form.
Rich in materiality, the stool is complemented by the smooth swivel function of a solid oak seat.
Massif comes in two heights - AV39 is best for most kitchen counters and islands and AV40 is best for standard bar surfaces.

Anderssen & Voll
Oslo-based studio Anderssen & Voll was established in 2009, by Torbjørn Anderssen and Espen Voll – who were also founders of the former Norway Says.
The pair work within various fields, but with a focus on domestic objects that covers everything from textile design and tableware to lighting and furniture. Playing a key role in the new Nordic design movement, the pair has created pieces for brands including Muuto, Menu and Hay, and have been named both Norwegian and Scandinavian designers of the year.
