Ceramic Oven Dish With Lid by John Pawson for When Objects Work

Ceramic Oven Dish With Lid

When Objects Work

Designed by John Pawson. This collection of tableware began with the idea of equipping the refectory of the Abbey of Nový Dvůr in Bohemia with a set of implements and vessels appropriate to the functional and aesthetic needs of the monastic community.

John Ward Pawson CBE is a British architectural designer whose work is known for its minimalist aesthetic.

These oven dishes in off-white stoneware come with beautiful lids in solid walnut, which can double up as salad dishes, trays or trivets. If you would rather purchase the dishes without lids please contact us for pricing.
