Designed by Charles and Ray Eames. Designed in 1958 these task chairs are perhaps the most recognisable designs from Charles and Ray Eames, and rate amongst the great achievements in the design history of the 20th century.
The swivel-based models EA 117, EA 118 and EA 119 are equipped with a tilt mechanism that can be adjusted to the weight of the user, providing for optimum comfort. There are also three size variants as follows:
EA 117 medium-height back, wide seat
EA 118 medium-height back, narrower seat adapted for table working
EA 119 high backrest, wide seat
