Designed by Hans J Wegner. Designed by Hans Wegner for the Hotel Scandinavia in Copenhagen in 1973, the Opala Lighting Series has a distinctive, almost futuristic aesthetic that enlivens any space.
The series consists of a table lamp, floor lamp and pendant that explore playful asymmetric shapes. Ideal for a variety of interior settings, the collection emits a soft yet focused light that pleasantly illuminates the surrounding space.

Being world-famous for his iconic chair and furniture designs, Wegner also created a number of striking lamps during his career, shaped through industrial materials like steel and aluminium.
