Threaded bracket for older J series chairs, circular disc with central threaded hole, attaches with 4 screws (not included) which should be inserted in the same order.
These threaded brackets can fail if the legs are not screwed in firmly and rechecked from time to time. If legs are allowed to come loose the bracket will be damaged.
