Based on the same geometric steel wire construction as the original VP11 Wire Stool from 1981, these new pieces bring Panton’s sculptural lightness into new areas.
The new pieces include the Wire Coffee Table, designed at the same time as the original stool but never put into production before, while the Wire Bar and Counter stools elevate the familiar form with added support, stability and comfort.
An optional glass table top enhances the functionality of this coffee table design, transforming it into a convenient surface for resting a book or beverage when the need arises.

The stainless steel wire is bent into circles and spot welded together.
