Versatile, crafted and iconic, the J39 is recognised for its timeless appeal and lasting durability. Designed by Børge Mogensen and launched in 1947, it has been in continuous production for more than 75 years, and has managed to stay current across times, generations and cultures ever since.
Now in new beech lacquer colours for Spring/Summer 2023 with inspiration from Mogensen's own life.
Fredericia offers an extended warranty of 7 years on this product. If kept well, the life expectancy of this product is 40+ years.

Materials
FSC® Certified Solid Oak or Beech with paper cord seat
Black paper cord is only available with Black lacquered Oak frame
P3239 Leather seat pads available separately in Cognac aniline leather.
